About Biloop

Who is Biloop?

Biloop is an AI-native delivery firm headquartered in Doha, Qatar. We build, integrate, and operate AI agents, automations, and intelligent systems for Qatar's enterprises: banks, ministries, energy operators, hospitals, developers, and retailers.

Where are you based?

Doha, Qatar. Our office is at Building No. 24, 2nd Floor, Office No. 6, Doha. We serve clients across Qatar and the broader GCC.

How big is the team?

20+ senior engineers, AI practitioners, and analysts in-house. We don't bench-stuff and we don't offshore without explicit disclosure. The senior people you meet at scoping are the people who deliver.

How long have you been operating?

Since 2023. Three years delivering AI, analytics, and engineering across 10+ projects in five industries.

What industries do you serve?

Banking and financial services, government and public sector, oil and gas, healthcare, real estate and construction, and retail and e-commerce. Each has a dedicated industries page with sector-specific use cases.

Services & Engagement

What services do you offer?

Seven core services: AI Consulting & Strategy, AI Agents Development, AI Automation & Workflows, Custom Software Development, Chatbot & Conversational AI, Enterprise AI Integration, and AI-Powered Growth Marketing (including GEO and AEO).

How does an engagement run?

Three phases. Diagnose: a two-week paid assessment with a written plan. Build: six to twenty-four weeks of senior practitioners shipping weekly. Operate: managed-service tier or clean handover to your team. Every engagement has a single accountable lead.

What's a typical timeline?

Diagnostics: two weeks. Pilot or first-use-case builds: six to twelve weeks. Full implementation engagements: three to six months. Long-term operations and managed-service relationships continue from there.

What's a typical budget?

Diagnostics start around $25K. Pilot builds typically run $50K–$150K. Full implementation engagements typically run $150K–$500K. Larger transformational programmes happen but rarely start that way.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, as standard before any commercial conversation. We can send a mutual NDA template or work with yours.

Who owns the code and IP?

You do, from day one. Every line of code we write lives in your repository, on your account, under your name. No license, no royalty, no rent. Take everything with you whenever you want.

Can we start with a small pilot?

Yes, and we encourage it. Most engagements begin with a focused two-to-eight-week pilot on a single use case, with a clear before/after metric. Larger scope follows only when the pilot proves out.

AI Agents & Automation

What's the difference between a chatbot and an AI agent?

A chatbot follows a scripted flow. An AI agent reasons over a goal, picks from a set of tools or actions, retrieves what it needs, and decides when to escalate to a human. Agents can handle open-ended queries and multi-step tasks that chatbots can't.

Which LLMs do you build on?

Claude (Anthropic), GPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), and open-weight models including Llama, Mistral, and Qwen. We choose the model that fits the use case, your data sensitivity, and your cost profile. We have no vendor contract to push.

How do you handle hallucinations and quality?

Three layers. Retrieval-augmented generation grounds answers in your actual content with citations. Evaluation harnesses catch regressions before deployment. Human-in-the-loop review handles anything regulated or high-risk in production.

Where do agents run: your servers or ours?

Yours. Every agent deploys on your cloud account or on-prem. Your data stays in your perimeter. We support AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-prem deployments for the most sensitive use cases.

How long until an agent is in production?

Production-ready agents typically take six to twelve weeks. A working prototype appears in week one, evaluation harness in week two. The rest is hardening, integration, and safety review.

GEO & Growth Marketing

What is Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)?

GEO is the practice of getting your brand surfaced inside AI-generated answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini. As more buyers use AI assistants to research before purchasing, brands cited in AI answers win the visibility that previously came from search rankings.

How is GEO different from SEO?

SEO optimizes for Google's blue links and ranking algorithms. GEO optimizes for AI engine citations. The signals are different and so are the content structures. GEO weights authoritative sourcing, structured facts, and clear language over backlinks and keyword density. The two work together but are not the same skill.

Can you measure visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude?

Yes. We run query sets against the major LLMs every month and track your share-of-voice in their answers. The report shows which queries you appear in, which you don't, and where competitors are winning, month over month.

How long until GEO results show?

First signals show in four to six weeks. Long-tail queries first. Meaningful share-of-voice on commercial queries takes three to six months. AI engines re-train and re-crawl on cycles, so results compound rather than spike.

Do you handle paid media too?

Yes: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic. We're attribution-led, not platform-led. We'll tell you to spend less on a channel if attribution says it's underperforming, even if we run it.

Security & Compliance

Are deployments compliant with Qatar regulations?

Yes. Deployments are designed against Qatari regulation: QCB for banking, MoPH for healthcare, sovereignty rules for public sector. Data residency, audit trail, and human-in-the-loop review are built in by default.

Do you support on-prem and sovereign deployments?

Yes. For regulated environments (banking, healthcare, public sector) we deploy open-weight models inside your perimeter or in Qatar-sovereign infrastructure. No data leaves your environment, no outbound calls to vendor APIs.

How is client data handled?

Client data stays in the client's perimeter. Our deployments use your cloud account, your data storage, your identity systems. We have no access to production data outside of the support arrangements you explicitly authorize.

What happens at the end of an engagement?

Clean handover. Code, documentation, runbooks, and credentials are in your name from day one. The end of the engagement is a transition of operational responsibility, not a data extraction. Your team continues with everything we built, with no platform we control.
